Sleep

This is the most fundamental and essential thing for a human being to perform good and to have a good mood and to be free from anxiety and restlessness . A good sleep also increases the power and give energy to our body. 

But the problem is that most of the people are not able to take a good sleep these days.

What are the reasons for that?


• 95 % of the time if a person is not able to have a good sleep than the problem with the person is that he is not interested in any work or he is somewhere depressed and is not doing any particular work or is bored with life .

• Second reason why most of the people are not able to have a good sleep because they have disturbed their body clock. Sometimes when the whole world is sleeping than they are awake and when the world is doing their work they are sleeping.

• The next reason for a person having lack of good sleep is excessive use of social media. See, in this case the person wants to sleep but don't sleep because he/she is so much addicted to the game/app etc. that they sacrifice their sleep and spend their entire night using mobile phones.

• when a person don't do enough exercise and when is his body is not tired than also he/she dont get a good sleep.

Now how to have a good sleep


• First and foremost thing we have to do is to adjust our body clock in accordance with the world and mainly with the sun. 

• we have to understand our responsibilities and must act accordingly like we can't just sit and enjoy some netflix shows or youtube and leave all our meals and just sitting entire day on a chair or lieing on a bed.

• we have to do work and do excercise and try to move on with the thing which is causing stress in our mind because logically nobody is more important to us than us.

• Also drinking sufficient amount of water and and eating proper food on proper time also helps us sleeping good.


So ,gyus leave your stress and focus on sleeping well during night time.
